Each person participating in a session must complete the e-waiver . Recommend completing the e-waiver in advance. Waiver completion will be verified. during check-in. A link to waiver will be in your booking confirmation email.
Smash Pit is an event and pop-up concept. We can host an event at your location. We also have pop-up events we will announce on our website and social media. Requests to reschedule or cancel an appointment must be received atleast 3 day in advance of your scheduled event date to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Contact Smash Pit via email at smashpit1@gmail.com atleast 3 days in advance of your appointment to reschedule your appointment or cancel and receive a full refund. Include your first and last name, date of your appointment, phone number and if you would like to reschedule or cancel. We will reach out to you to get additional details.
Requests to reschedule or cancel appointments that are received less than 3 day in advance of the scheduled session are not eligible for refund. You will only be eligible to reschedule the event. You must contact us via email at smashpit1@gmail.com to reschedule.
Events affected/impacted by inclement weather will be rescheduled.
We understand that life happens and sometimes customers may be late. You will be allowed a 5 minute grace after the start of your appointment before your appointment is canceled. You will not be entitled to a refund but you can reschedule.
